We offer a 14-day limited warranty from the date of product delivery. This covers the following:
Products damaged during delivery
Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken seals, faulty packaging)
Incorrect item(s) shipped
Exclusions (Not Covered):
Allergic reactions or sensitivities (we recommend patch testing before full use)
Dissatisfaction with scent, color, or texture
General results or expectations not met
Damages caused by misuse, storage issues, or external factors
Claims made after the 14-day window
To initiate a claim within the 14-day warranty period, please send an email to:

Photos of the product and packaging (clearly showing the issue)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days after assessing your request.
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions based on product availability and issue type:
A replacement of the affected product (at no extra cost)
A store credit equal to the value of the item
A full refund to your original payment method (if applicable)
Please note that store credit and refunds will only be issued once the issue is verified and approved.
If the issue is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return or reshipping costs.
If the issue does not qualify under warranty, customers will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees.
