Cancellation Policy – Basaè Naturals

At Basaè Naturals, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we strive to accommodate your needs, please understand that our products are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. As such, cancellations must be handled carefully to maintain our high standards of service and quality.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Include the following in your cancellation request:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

We will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund if your order has not been processed.

📦 Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if:

• More than 12 hours have passed since the order was placed

• The order has already been processed or shipped

• The products are customized or made to order

• The order is part of a promotional or discounted sale

In such cases, our Returns Policy will apply. You may still be eligible for a return or store credit once the product is delivered and assessed.

💳 Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible window:

• Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

1. Check your bank account or payment app again

2. Contact your bank or card provider – processing times may vary
