5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within South Africa.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery may take 2–5 working days, depending on location.

• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We take pride in our quality and customer service. Due to the personal nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene reasons.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with photos.

• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit if the error is ours.

• Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
