Your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we offer a limited product warranty as outlined below.

We offer a 14-day limited warranty from the date of product delivery. This covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken seals, faulty packaging)

  • Incorrect item(s) shipped

Exclusions (Not Covered):

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities (we recommend patch testing before full use)

  • Dissatisfaction with scent, color, or texture

  • General results or expectations not met

  • Damages caused by misuse, storage issues, or external factors

  • Claims made after the 14-day window


3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days after assessing your request.


4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions based on product availability and issue type:

  • A replacement of the affected product (at no extra cost)

  • A store credit equal to the value of the item

  • A full refund to your original payment method (if applicable)

Please note that store credit and refunds will only be issued once the issue is verified and approved.


5. Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return or reshipping costs.

If the issue does not qualify under warranty, customers will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees.
